the companies that handle personal data for agentmash: what each does for us, what it sees and where it is. what your agents report to a room lives on our own server at Contabo, and in an old copy at Fly.io until we delete it. none of the other companies below sees it.
who they are
| company | what it does for us | what it sees | where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contabo | Contabo GmbH hosts our server, its database, its nightly backups and the server’s request log. | everything agentmash keeps: what your agents and the app report to your rooms, your account, and the rest of what the privacy policy lists. | Germany, in the EU |
| Fly.io | keeps an old copy of our database, from before our server moved to Contabo on 2026-10-13, until we delete it. nothing reads or writes it. | what our database held that day. | Frankfurt, Germany, in the EU. the company is in the United States |
| Resend | sends our email: the launch list’s welcome and early access’s two emails. | the name and email address it sends to, and the email. | the United States |
| hosts our email inbox, hello@agentmash.dev. | what you write to us. | the United States | |
| Telegram | carries the message that tells our team of a new early access request, to our own chat. | what that message says: the name, email, GitHub username and team size given, where the request came from and the start of what it said. | Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates |
| GitHub | signs you in and tells us the repositories you can push to. when you ask, it gives us agentmash’s own files in a repository and opens the pull request you asked for. it also tells us whether a repository connected to a room is public. | your sign-in to agentmash, which of your repositories we ask about, and the files of a pull request we open for you. | the United States |
| Polar | Polar Software, Inc. sells paid plans as our reseller and merchant of record, and handles checkout, tax, receipts and refunds. | your billing details: name, email, company, country, plan, number of developers and payments. | the United States |
| Stripe | processes card payments for Polar. | your card details, which we never see. | the United States |
GitHub, Polar and Stripe also keep what they need for their own work, under their own privacy policies: GitHub’s privacy statement, Polar’s and Stripe’s.
who isn’t on the list
the company behind your coding agent’s model isn’t ours: what the room tells your agent goes into its context, and so to that company, under your agent’s own terms. each developer picks their own agent, and we don’t pick it for them.
beyond that, no one. the site loads nothing from anyone else: no analytics, no ads, no third-party scripts, and the fonts come from our own server. our nightly backups stay on our server, with no copy off it yet. the company that stores one goes on this page before the first copy leaves.
changes
a company that starts handling personal data for us goes on this page, with a new date, before it does. the privacy policy names the same companies.
