the desktop app

agentmash lobby, the desktop app for macOS and Windows, is where to start. It runs Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, goose and Antigravity, each in its own terminal or chat, on your own login. It never touches their keys, and it can install the ones you don't have yet. It comes with every plan, free included: you pay for developers, never for the app or for agents.

Start here

agentmash is in a closed beta: we're letting teams in a few at a time, so these steps are for a team that's in already. request early access →

  1. Connect the repository, once. Someone who can push to it signs in with GitHub at agentmash.dev/install and picks it. Nothing is committed to it and there is no pull request.
  2. Each developer gets the app and signs in with GitHub. The downloads are at agentmash.dev/download: a disk image for a Mac (Apple silicon or Intel) and an installer for Windows.
  3. Work as you do now. Every agent the app runs reports to the repository's room, and before an edit to a file a teammate's agent is changing, it is told who, what and why.

In a terminal instead

If you live in a terminal, npx agentmash login does the same for the coding agents on your machine, without the app: it signs you in with GitHub and connects each agent it finds, in that agent's own settings, never in a repository. Both report to the same room, so a team can mix the two. The setup has every step and command.

What the app shows

  • Your team, live. Who's online and what each one's agent is doing, down the window's right side. Click a teammate for their week: sessions, files, commits and claims. Add someone by their GitHub name.
  • Ask a teammate's agent. Send their agent a prompt, as a draft they send themselves or queued until it's idle. Nothing runs until they approve it, on their machine and their login, and they answer every tool request themselves.
  • Every agent knows who's changing what. agentmash tells each of your agents which files your teammates' agents are changing, and warns it before it edits one (Antigravity as each turn starts). The team chat and the sessions board show where two agents met.
  • Conversations that keep. Your conversations stay in the sidebar, by day or by folder, and come back after a restart.
  • A session shared live. Only you start one, for a session of yours, with your room or the teammates you name. It is encrypted end to end between your machines, and our server passes it on and keeps none of it. What leaves your machine says more, and the one limit it has today.

The app keeps itself current: each update downloads in the background and goes in when you click restart.
